Gingerbread House Contest Results

Over $1,000 was raised this year for Davidson Medical Ministries as a result of the voting in our fourth annual Gingerbread House Decorating Contest.  We had thirty eight entries in three categories, and the structures get better every year!  Winners in each category are as follows:
Family:   1st place:  The Nance Family of Lexington
              2nd place:  The Phelps Family of High Point
              3rd place:   The Broadway Family of Lexington
Teen:      1st place:   Holly Hege of Lexington
              2nd place:  Jacob Nance of Lexington
              3rd place:   Blythe Riggan of Lexington
Adult:     1st place:   Liz King of Winston-Salem
              2nd place:  Ann Wagoner of Winston-Salem
              3rd place:   Lisa Taylor of Lexington
Congratulations to these winners who received a ribbon and gift certificates to The Candy Factory.  Start planning your gingerbread creation early in preparation for next year's contest!
